Had a great experience with Joey at Art Scribe Tattoo. His private studio is perfect if you want a quiet tattoo session, and the ocean view is a nice bonus. The space is packed with his artwork, which shows how creative he is. He made my vintage bee idea sing and paid incredible attention to the fine-line details.
